I love Jasinda Wilder and I love these books. Even though Big Girls Do It Running is a great guide to a lifestyle change, we find on Big Girls Do It Stronger that there’s much more to learn. I’ve seen how these books have changed many lives and I love them myself. I would say that this one is more of a companion to …Running. It still has the signature Jasinda (and Jack) writing. I love the parts of the book when she shares details about her journey and struggles. I think that’s super important when it comes to these types of books, knowing that the person has been there where you are helps to the legitimacy of the book/program. This book is full of testimonials and life changing words. This is more than a book, it’s a life changer and you can tell by reading testimonial after testimonial. The book is also full of amazing and super yummy recipes and lots of other tools that will help you throughout this journey.
Also, I’ve seen first-hand how Jasinda is completely committed as a coach. The Facebook Group that she runs, Big Girls Do It Running Facebook it’s also fantastic.
